The Keynote Conference Package covers what a host needs to run the room: a 1080p 5000-lumen projector, a 144″ x 81″ FastFold screen with a screen dress kit and a projector stand. Our pricing stays clear, and VPR owns the gear, so you know what is arriving.

The podium comes with a gooseneck podium mic, and a set of two wireless handheld mics covers Q and A and panel moments.

A 5000-lumen 1080p projector paired with the large FastFold screen and dress kit gives your audience a screen that looks finished, not improvised.
Pro sound and lighting without the puzzle
Two JBL EON 715 speakers on tripods, an analog mixer and a DI box handle the audio, and eight battery-powered Par Cans light the room without running cables.

Can I rent it for a multi-day conference?
Yes. The $853 covers one day or a full Friday-to-Monday weekend. If your conference runs longer, add your dates to your quote request and we will confirm the price for each extra day.
Do you have any other promotions or rates available?
We have a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. Just let us know your charity registration number, and we are happy to add the discount to your package.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted separately based on your location, since it depends on distance and timing. Pickup from all our locations will always be free.
