The Grand Summit Package centres on a 20′ x 11′ P2.9 LED wall on a 24′ x 16′ stage that holds both the wall and your host or presenter. Stage stairs and 14 stage skirts finish the stage. One booking, one team, one clear price.
Full-room sound
Four JBL EON 715 speakers on four speaker stands are backed by two JBL EON 718S subwoofers. A Behringer X-Air 16 mixer runs a podium with a gooseneck mic, a set of two wireless handheld mics and a set of two wireless lavalier mics. A Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro video switcher handles your video sources.
Lighting, drape, and setup
Twelve battery-powered Parcan uplights, twelve regular Parcan uplights and three sections of pipe and drape set the scene. Setup & Teardown is included, so our team handles the heavy lifting.

Yes. The $9,222 covers one day or a full Friday-to-Monday weekend. For a summit with a load-in day or several event days, add your full schedule to your quote request and we will confirm the price for each extra day.
Do you have any other promotions or rates available?
We have a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. Just let us know your charity registration number, and we are happy to add the discount to your package.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted separately based on your location, since it depends on distance and timing. Pickup from all our locations will always be free.
