Rent a complete LED wall stage production for a summit of 200 to 300 people
The LED Wall Summit Package centres on a 16′ x 9′ P2.9 LED wall on a 20′ x 12′ stage that holds both the wall and your host or presenter. Stage stairs and 11 stage skirts finish the look.
Sound the whole room can hear
Four JBL EON 715 speakers on four speaker stands cover the crowd. Your speakers get a podium with a gooseneck mic, a set of two wireless handheld mics and a set of two wireless lavalier mics, all run through an analog mixer. A Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro video switcher lets you switch video sources.
Lighting and setup are included
Twelve battery-powered Parcan uplights and twelve regular Parcan uplights set the room. Setup & Teardown is included, so our team handles the heavy lifting.

Yes. The $6,693 covers one day or a full Friday-to-Monday weekend. For a summit with a load-in day or several event days, add your full schedule to your quote request and we will confirm the price for each extra day.
Do you have any other promotions or rates available?
We have a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. Just let us know your charity registration number, and we are happy to add the discount to your package.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted separately based on your location, since it depends on distance and timing. Pickup from all our locations will always be free.
