The LED Wall Conference Package replaces the projector and screen with a 10′ x 6′ P2.9 LED video wall. Our team handles setup and teardown, so you show up to a finished stage.

Unlike a projector, an LED wall stays bright and sharp with the lights on. Every slide, name and video reads clearly without dimming the room.
Two stages, one polished look
The LED wall sits on its own 12′ x 8′ stage, and your host or presenter takes the other 12′ x 8′ stage, finished with 14 stage skirts and a podium with a gooseneck mic.
Sound, lighting, and setup are covered
Two JBL EON 715 speakers, a set of two wireless handheld mics, an analog mixer and a DI box handle the audio. Twelve battery-powered Par Cans light the stage. Setup & Teardown is included, so our team does the heavy lifting.

Can I set up the day before my event?
Yes. The $3,707 covers one day or a full Friday-to-Monday weekend. If you want to load in the day before your event or run more than one day, add your dates to your quote request and we will confirm the price for the extra days.
Do you have any other promotions or rates available?
We have a 10% discount for non-profit organizations. Just let us know your charity registration number, and we are happy to add the discount to your package.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted separately based on your location, since it depends on distance and timing. Pickup from all our locations will always be free.
