The Challenge: Seamless Multi-Room Integration
The event layout spanned one large keynote hall and two smaller breakout rooms. The client’s goal was to ensure high-quality audio reinforcement in every room while capturing and recording all presentations in the main hall for future use.
Our team delivered a turnkey service including specialized equipment, delivery, and full-day technical support. The setup featured:
- Main Hall Projection & Audio: A high-performance 1080p 5000 Lumen Projector and an 80″ x 80″ tripod screen provided crisp visuals even in a brightly lit community center space. We deployed four Event & Outdoor Speakers on professional stands, managed by a Digital mixer for balanced sound distribution.
- Wireless Audio Across Rooms: To facilitate Q&A and multiple presenters, we supplied six wireless handheld microphones (distributed as three dual-mic sets) with professional mic stands for all three rooms.
- Recording & Documentation: A specialized AV Recording Package was integrated into the main room. This included a professional camera, tripod, and audio interface connected to a dedicated laptop to capture high-fidelity video and audio of all three primary talks.
- Technical Onsite Support: Our team of technicians arrived at dawn to coordinate the underground load-in and ensure all systems, including those in the breakout rooms, were calibrated and tested before the 9:00 AM start.
