Rent a complete LED wall stage production for graduation and prom

This is our top graduation package, and it is built for ceremonies where the visuals and audio have to be exceptional in front of a large audience. At its centre is a 10 by 6 ft P2.9 LED video wall, bright and razor-sharp even in a fully lit banquet hall, ready to run names, photos, live camera, or motion graphics. Around it sits a professional stage: eight risers, stairs, a podium, and a black pipe and drape backdrop up to 14 ft tall. This setup will turn any large room into a proper main stage.

The stage that makes the room change into a huge event

The LED wall is the difference between a ceremony and a production. Unlike a projector, it holds its image under house lights, so guests see every graduate name and photo in full colour without dimming the room. The eight-riser stage, stairs, and tall drape backdrop frame the whole presentation so it reads as intentional and polished from the first row to the last.

Professional audio your speakers and guests can count on

Two JBL EON715 tops paired with two EON718S 18-inch subwoofers deliver full, even coverage across a large room, so a keynote speaker is heard clearly and a celebration set has real low end. Two wireless mics and an analog mixer give your host and speakers reliable, clean sound that works straight through the program.

Lighting that carries the ceremony into the celebration

Four LED Parcan stage lights light up the stage so speakers and graduates are lit properly, and the DJ and laser effects lights transition the room from formal ceremony to prom or gala once the speeches wrap up. This is one setup that handles both halves of the night. With this package, you’ll be delivering a truly unforgettable night.

FAQs

Why an LED wall instead of a projector for a large ceremony?

An LED wall stays bright and sharp under full house lights, so a crowd of 200-plus people can see every name and photo without needing to dim the room. Projectors can wash out in bright, large halls with excessive lighting, which is why we built this package around the video wall.

Does your team handle delivery, setup, and running the show?

Those are optional, but we highly recommend it. This package is a fully-managed production. Choose to hire our AV technicians so we can deliver and install everything. For $60/hr, one of our on-site technicians will be there to support you throughout the event to run video, sound, and lighting. Setup, teardown, and delivery are quoted according to your venue.

Can this package cover both the ceremony and the prom or gala afterward?

That is exactly how it’s designed. The stage lighting handles the formal ceremony, and the DJ and laser effects transition the room into a celebration once the speeches finish, all from one setup.

What does the price include, and what is extra?

The first-day rate is for the equipment listed. Delivery, setup, teardown, on-site technician time, the optional 360 LED light tube, and any custom truss are quoted separately based on your event.

Can we customize the production for our venue?

Yes. We regularly scale the wall size, staging, drape, and lighting to fit a specific hall and program. Share your venue and run of show, and we can tailor the package and quote based on your event.
