The wireless microphone is included free with the speaker, so the proud parents at the back of the room hear every word. The projector is bright enough for an indoor room. If you are comfortable plugging in a couple of cables, everything you need is in the box, and our user guides walk you through it. Do I need any AV or technical experience to set this up?
No. The package is designed to go up in minutes with just a couple of cables, and our user guides walk you through each step. If you would rather not handle it, you can add setup and teardown or an on-site technician to help.
Will the projector work outdoors in a backyard or patio?
Yes, after dusk it looks great. In direct afternoon sun any projector washes out, so we recommend a dark room or waiting until the sun sets. For bright outdoor daytime events, ask us about our TV screens or LED walls.
How long is the rental period, and what does $184 cover?
The $184 is the first-day rental rate for the whole package. Need it longer, or want the Friday-to-Monday weekend rate? Just ask and we will quote the exact dates for you. You can also add additional days when you checkout.
Do you have any other promotions or rates available?
We have a 10% discount for non-profit-organizations. Just let us know your charity registration number, and we are happy to add the discount to your package.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is quoted separately based on your location, since it depends on distance and timing. Pickup from all our locations will always be free.
Can I add anything to this package?
Absolutely. Many hosts add a second speaker, extra microphones, or simple lighting to brighten up the mood. Send us your plan and we can help you tailor it.
