The Ultimate Professional Solution for Event Staging and Room Dividers

When planning an event, the first impression is everything. Whether you are hosting an intimate wedding ceremony, a high-stakes business conference, or a bustling trade show booth, the “look and feel” of your venue sets the tone for your success. At Vancouver Projector Rentals, we believe that professional staging should be accessible to everyone, not just AV experts. Our new White Pipe and Drape systems offer a versatile, high-impact solution that combines aesthetic elegance with industrial-grade reliability.

Why White Drapes are the Choice of Professionals

White is the most versatile color in the event industry. It provides a crisp, clean background that makes your speakers pop and your decorations stand out. But the real magic happens when you pair our white drapes with technology. Because our fabrics are designed for optimal light diffusion, they make the perfect surface for stage lights. You can wash the walls in your wedding’s signature color or your company’s brand hues with the simple click of a button.

Designed for the Busy Event Host

We know that logistics are the hardest part of any event. That’s why our pipe and drape system is engineered for maximum portability and simplicity.

Telescoping Technology: No need for multiple poles. Our vertical uprights adjust from 8 feet up to 14 feet, allowing you to fit the drapes into standard rooms or reach toward high ballroom ceilings.
Self-Pickup Friendly: Planning to save on delivery fees? Our components break down into manageable pieces that fit in most SUVs and vans. The collapsed 8-foot length and slim profile make transport a breeze.
Tool-Free Assembly: You don’t need to be a handyman to get a professional look. The slip-collar system and hook-end crossbars allow for a setup that is as simple as “click and hang”.

Safety First: Venue-Compliant Materials

Don’t risk your event by using non-certified fabrics. All our white drapes are Inherently Flame Retardant (IFR), meaning they meet the strict safety standards required by hotels, community centers, and convention halls across British Columbia. We provide peace of mind so you can focus on your guests.

How to Use White Pipe and Drape for Your Success

For Weddings: Create a romantic “Arctic White” backdrop for your ceremony altar or head table. Use drapes to hide unattractive venue features or to create a designated photo booth area that looks like a professional studio.
For Business & Conferences: Transform a cluttered multi-purpose room into a sleek, executive environment. Use our drapes as room dividers to create quiet breakout zones or as a professional backdrop for business presentations.
For Private Parties: Hiding storage areas, creating a “red carpet” entrance, or turning a backyard tent into a VIP lounge. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.
Full-Service Support: Let Us Do the Heavy Lifting

While our system is DIY-friendly, we offer a premier technician service for those who want a completely “hands-off” experience. Our team will deliver, set up, and tear down the equipment, ensuring a perfectly taut and level finish every time. We are proud to be one of Vancouver’s highest-rated AV companies, and our verified Google Reviews speak to our commitment to your event’s success.
