I need a rental projector fast, how soon I can get it?

If you are in Greater Vancouver area, you can either pick up a rental projector from our office or we can deliver it to you even on the same day (request to be submitted before 11 am)! For any other locations in BC, your projector can be delivered in 24 hours. Please contact us if you have any questions.

How do I reserve a rental?

Go to our projector rental reservation page and fill out the form to specify your dates. That’s it! Payment is due one day before delivery, for pick up you may pay at the time of equipment pick up.

Do I need to sign any contracts?

We have a simple contract that state basic terms and conditions. The contract will be provided to you prior to the payment.

Do you offer half day rentals?

All our projectors are rented out for a minimum of 24 hour period.

What is your damage policy?

You are responsible of the projector and all other rental equipment from the time of pick up (or delivery) until you return it to us. If the equipment is lost or damaged during the rental period, we will charge you for the retail value of the equipment.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order 24 hours prior the rental date in order to avoid charges. We will charge the regular daily rate for cancellation notified on the day of rental.

What if I am late returning the projector?

You will be charged the regular daily rate for each day that you keep the projector beyond the scheduled period.

I don’t know how to set up a projector. Can you help me?

Please speak to our customer service before setting up the projector, we would love to help.

What if there is a problem with the rental projector?

Our top priority is to make sure that each unit is checked carefully before we ship it and each time we receive it back from a customer. When you come to pick up a projector we will start it up with you to ensure that everything is functioning properly. We encourage you to set up your rental projector ahead of time to avoid technical problems during your presentation.

What if I need a sound system for my presentation?

Most of our projectors have speakers that will address the need for small rooms. If you need a better sound system, contact us to find out about our sound system and speaker rentals.

What payments method do you accept?

We accept visa, master card, Paypal and cash. Please note that you will still be asked to provide a credit card if you pay with cash. We will keep this credit card on file until you return the projector.

Is payment or credit card required to reserve the rental projector?

No, projector rental reservations do not require payment.

Is insurance included for the rental period?

No, the insurance is only included during transit if you chose to have the equipment to be delivered. You are responsible of all damages while the rental projector is in your possession.

Is a rental deposit required?

No, we will require a credit card for authorization only. The credit card will only be charged if the projector is damaged, lost, or stolen.
