We deliver audio visual equipment rentals in Vancouver
We offer delivery and pick-up services in the downtown Vancouver area and surrounding areas in Great Vancouver Mainland. We can deliver your AV rental on the day that you have chosen. Vancouver Projector Rentals is also able to pick up your rental once your rental period has come to an end. If this falls on the weekend, then we can arrange a pick up on the next business day.
If your address is in Downtown Vancouver, then delivery and pick-up charges are a minimum of $45 each way. For locations outside of Downtown Vancouver, delivery and pick-up fees may range between $40 to $70+. Vancouver Projector Rentals can deliver to neighbourhoods such as Gastown, Yaletown, Westend, English Bay, and Vancouver. If you live in Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Surrey, Langley or other neighbourhoods, then we can also arrange a delivery directly to you. Call or email us with your full address, and we will give you a quote for the delivery of your rental!
DELIVER or PICK-UP TIME: Our standard delivery or pick-up is made within a 7-hour window. This means that you will have the equipment delivered or picked up any time between 10 am to 5 pm. If you need your equipment delivered or picked up at a specific time, please contact us to get a quote and discuss special arrangements.
Please be aware that large orders or large equipment may require a special vehicle, such as a Van or a Truck and some additional fees can be applied.
