This is our top graduation package, and it is built for ceremonies where the visuals and audio have to be exceptional in front of a large audience. At its centre is a 10 by 6 ft P2.9 LED video wall, bright and razor-sharp even in a fully lit banquet hall, ready to run names, photos, live camera, or motion graphics. Around it sits a professional stage: eight risers, stairs, a podium, and a black pipe and drape backdrop up to 14 ft tall. This setup will turn any large room into a proper main stage.

The LED wall is the difference between a ceremony and a production. Unlike a projector, it holds its image under house lights, so guests see every graduate name and photo in full colour without dimming the room. An LED wall stays bright and sharp under full house lights, so a crowd of 200-plus people can see every name and photo without needing to dim the room. Projectors can wash out in bright, large halls with excessive lighting, which is why we built this package around the video wall.

Does your team handle delivery, setup, and running the show?

Those are optional, but we highly recommend it. This package is a fully-managed production. Choose to hire our AV technicians so we can deliver and install everything. For $60/hr, one of our on-site technicians will be there to support you throughout the event to run video, sound, and lighting. Setup, teardown, and delivery are quoted according to your venue.

Can this package cover both the ceremony and the prom or gala afterward?

That is exactly how it’s designed. The stage lighting handles the formal ceremony, and the DJ and laser effects transition the room into a celebration once the speeches finish, all from one setup.

What does the price include, and what is extra?

The first-day rate is for the equipment listed. Delivery, setup, teardown, on-site technician time, the optional 360 LED light tube, and any custom truss are quoted separately based on your event.
