Two pro-grade high-lumen projectors and 81″x144″ fast-fold screens with dress-up kits mean guests on both sides of a large ballroom see the couple’s slideshow, live feed, or program clearly, linked by an HDMI splitter so both screens stay in sync.

Four 4×4 stage platforms, black skirting, and stage stairs create a proper main stage, framed by two white pipe and drape backdrops so the room reads as intentional and polished for both the ceremony and the reception that follows. It is the difference between borrowed hotel staging and a stage that was actually planned for your day.

Four JBL EON715 tops paired with two EON718S subwoofers deliver full, even coverage across a large ballroom, so vows are heard clearly at the back of the room and the dance floor has real low end later. A mixing board and DI box give a live musician or DJ a clean line in, and wireless lapel mics keep the officiant hands-free through the vows while handheld mics cover the speeches.

Lighting that carries the night from ceremony to dance floor

Twelve battery-powered LED parcan lights, two DJ moving head lights, DJ and laser effects, and a stinger light give the room a completely different feel once the formal ceremony wraps and the celebration begins.
