The high-lumen projector and large tripod screen stay sharp and bright even in a banquet hall, and two event speakers carry clear sound to every table. Two 4×4 stage platforms give the couple and officiant a proper place to stand for the ceremony, visible from every seat.

The two wireless handheld microphones mean the officiant, the couple, and anyone giving a toast can speak clearly without passing a single mic around all night. Eight battery-powered LED parcan lights wash the dance floor in colour once the formal part of the evening winds down, so the room transitions naturally from ceremony to celebration.

How many guests does this package cover?

Can your team set it up and run sound during the ceremony?

Yes. Add setup and teardown so the room is ready before guests arrive, and book an on-site technician at $60 per hour to run audio through the ceremony and reception. Both are optional and quoted to your venue.

Is the stage tall enough for guests to see the ceremony?

The two 4×4 platforms give a modest lift that works well for most venues. If you need a taller or wider stage, we can scale it up with additional platforms on a custom quote.

Does $539 include delivery and setup?

No. The $539 is the first-day rental rate for the equipment only. Delivery, setup, and teardown are quoted separately because they depend on your location and timing.

Can we customize the package?
