The pro-grade high-lumen projector fills a large fast-fold screen that a full gym or hall can see. The dress-up kit frames it so it looks finished rather than improvised, and two JBL EON715 powered speakers carry clear sound to the back rows.

A podium, two wireless mics, and a small analog mixer give your speakers a proper place to stand and a memorable place for students to be recognized.

Can your team set it up and run sound during the ceremony?

Yes. Add setup and teardown so the room is ready before doors open, and book an on-site technician at $60 per hour to run audio during the event. Both are optional and can be quoted based on your event needs.

Is the stage riser tall enough for families to see?

The two 4×4 ft risers give a modest lift that works well for a podium and honourees in most rooms. If you need a taller or wider main stage, we can scale the staging up on a custom quote.

Does $708 include delivery and setup?

No. The $708 is the first-day rental rate for the equipment only. Delivery, setup, and teardown are quoted separately because they depend on your location and timing.

Can we customize the package?
